Back at it for another week. All stock shown on this list is now in. Noteables include the new "Live" albums from both Bonnie Prince Billy & Bright Eyes and restock double vinyl of the new Rolling Stones "A Bigger Bang" (a fine Xmas gift). Be on the lookout for a huge shipment of T-Shirts & Hooded Sweatshirts arriving in time for convenient Xmas shopping. On a final note, as music fans we should all remember the achievements of both Link Wray & Chris Whitley, who passed away recently. Link led a full life of 79 years and Chris left us prematurely from lung cancer at 45. R.I.P

Things continue to roll smoothly here @ X-Ray Central as I'm just done putting together this weeks list while listening to some early pre-Clash Joe Strummer and his band, The 101ers. Good stuff! Lot's of special orders in this week, so look for me to get in touch.....?oh yeah, the store will be open on friday (Holiday) from noon to 5pm with good buddy Brent at the helm. Here we go again, a large selection this week to be sure. Old, new & in between the decades. Still a couple of copies of Tool's "Lateralus" double picture disc in stock, but bear in mind it is limited, act now or kick yourself in a couple of months. Sadies/Jon Spencer tickets are flying out the door so make a point of coming in and grabbing some if you're planning on going. Looks like a pretty good week with new releases from My Morning Jacket, Boards Of Canada, The Warlocks, Silver Jews & Broken Social Scene, to name drop a few. This weeks list is late due to my being away for the long weekend. It's also way less detailed than what I normally like to do because of time constraints. I'll probably post some of these titles again next week with descriptions. On a different subject, I should be getting the Jon Spencer/Sadies tickets in today. Their show goes Nov.4th at the "District" (formerly the "State"). Jon's new band is called "Heavy Trash" and includes Matt Verta-Ray of the NYC group "Speedball Baby". Should be a killer show!
