Shipping & Delivery:
Shipments are available to Canadian and US addresses only. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of delivery dates. Shipments will leave within two business days of payment confirmation (weekends and holidays are not included). Duties and taxes on shipments made to customers outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer the shipment will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund. Deliveries refused will be charged a 40% restocking fee.

Returns & Replacements:
Returns for store credit or exchange can be made within 30 days of delivery, and can only be done so for unworn, unused and undamaged items. Costs for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the unlikely event of an order processing error on the part of the X-Ray Records is the reason for return. For your protection, it is suggested to return items with tracking information as items being returned that are lost or stolen during shipping are not the responsibility of X-Ray Records. Returns can be done using your original order ID number, name and email address. Be sure to retain your original order information. All returns must have a return authorization number which can be obtained by request via email BEFORE SHIPPING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Clearance items are a final sale— no exchanges or store credits will be issued.
Orders are subject to verification. This may result in delays of shipment. Items to be held for local pick up (1810 Smith Street, Regina, Saskatchewan) will require a printout or email of receipt upon pick up. In the event that improper inventory levels result in an item being out of stock the fees for the items will be refunded.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
All orders are processed in Canadian dollars. Pricing for items and shipping is shown in Canadian dollars and is subject to exchange rates at the time of checkout. In the event that an item has been improperly priced we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for the item listed at the incorrect price. If you had already been charged for the item we will issue a credit for the amount charged for the item.
